How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, select the items you want to purchase, and add them to your cart. Once you're ready, go to the checkout page, enter your shipping details, and select your payment method. You can pay via credit card or other available payment options.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order is confirmed, it is processed immediately. If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours, and we'll do our best to assist you. After 24 hours, changes may not be possible as the order may have already been processed.
Do I need an account to make a purchase?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account with us will allow you to track your orders, save your information for future purchases, and receive exclusive offers.

For domestic orders within Canada, standard shipping takes 3-7 business days, expedited shipping takes 1-3 business days, and overnight shipping is available for major urban centers. International shipping can take between 7-21 business days, depending on your location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $150 CAD within Canada. For international orders, free shipping is available on orders over $300 CAD to select countries like the U.S., UK, and Australia.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (for expedited shipping). You can track your package online or through the carrier’s website.
What is your return and refund policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for eligible items. To be eligible for return, items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact. Some items, such as custom-made products, are not eligible for return. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy
